Remove belts pull off old pulley, some tension in belts, may want to remove spring load.
Remove 4 bolts in deck that hold on pulley assembly.
Replace old spindle assembly with Double pulley with new one.
Put the 4 bolts back in to hold it in place. Then put the belts back on. You may need to put belts on assembly before you put the 4 bolts back in if you were lazy and didn't remove tension first. But either way it's a pretty fast job.
Then put the guard and 3 bolts that hold the guard in place back on.
Pretty quick and easy.
