Moulded cord at router end deteriorated.

Screwdriver, T20 torx tip, wire butt splices, diagonal cutters, crimper
Parts Used
2 - remove cord moulded end capture clamp (2 T20 torx screws).
3 - cut black, white and green wires from existing crimp connections.
4 - cut to length same color wires on new cord.
5 - using 16 gauge crimp butt splices and crimping tool, connect new cord wires to router internal wires.
6 - install moulded cord clamp over new cord end (2 T20 screws)
7 - install plastic cover (2 Phillips screws).
8 - Insure on / off switch is in off position, plug in, turn on to test.
9 - In my case, I'd lost the collet chuck snap ring nut retainer, so I also installed the new one provided (purchased by me).
On/off switch failed and bits sloped in the collet.
