Old muffler wore out and came off chainsaw.

1. Removed top cover to saw. (3 Screws)
2. Removed Allen head bolt through the bucking plat to remove silencer bracket.
3. Slid the muffler off the head.
4. Cleaned the area around where the muffler sets and was attached.
5. Installed the square headed bolts, slid the muffler on the bolts, attached the silencer bracket and tightened the nuts until tight.
6. Attached the silencer bracket to the bucking plate and tightened it down.
7. Took it to the woods and promptly cut down a 20" diameter Ash tree and then an 18 in Ash.
8. Checked all the screws, nuts that had been replaced to make sure they were tight and then cut up both trees into 16" rounds.
No problems. Easy repair.

2. Removed top and side covers
3. Removed muffler, lock nuts, and exhaust bracket
4. Replaced missing exhaust gasket, exhaust bracket and lock nuts
5. Reassembled top cover, chain bar and chain and side cover
Pretty straight forward repair.
The pin fell out of the throttlr trigger, and the exhaust bracket broke at the bend.

2. Push the pin into the hole as far as you can with your finger.
3. Advance the pin with something of similar size until it is centered.
4. Done.
1. Remove the chain cover.
2. Remove the two nuts and one bolt that secure the bracket.
3. Remove the broken pieces.
4. Reverse the process to install the new bracket.
5. Done.
