Cutting assembly and gasket broken
Unscrewed the bottom of the blender removed the broken cutting assembly and gasket and replace them with the one I purchased. The blender now works perfectly and no more leaks.

Dull blades.
Pulled the old off and put the new blades on with gasket. It was already put together from eReplacement and it worked like a charm!

Blade plastic housing cracked.
Check your equipment before using. I found that my 20 year old Cuisinart food processor plastic blade housing was cracked. You do not want to put that blade to work! It could split and send high speed metal flying into the plastic bowl—and probably piercing it! You could be hurt badly. Change the blade. I changed the rubber gasket too—on the blender blade. It wasn’t leaking, but hey. Just do it.
