    Your web site help me out tremendously. It gave me the correct information as to what might be wrong with my nail gun. the parts came in in no time fit in place with no problems.     1. Removed the 4 mounting screws with an allen wrench.
    2. Removed the piston driver assembly and found that the seal was blown and the driver pin was severely bent.
    3. Put o-ring on the piston assembly and covered with replacement seal (part that is white plastic)
    4. Re-inserted the driver pin through the guide place while installing the finished assembly.
    5. Re positioned the gasket on back and screwed in the cover.
    6. Gun now fires like a champ.

    Piston driver assembly snapped, and ring seal broke within cylinder - nailier inoperaboe

    1. Using hex wrench, remove cap from nailer
    2. Remove cylinder/driver assembly from nailer housing
    3. Remove broken driver assembly & seal from cylinder
    4. Place new O-Ring (black) around new driver assembly
    5. Wrap new seal (white) around new driver assembly
    6. Insert new driver assembly/seal into cylinder
    7. Insert cylinder/driver assembly into nailer housing
    8. Reattach cap using hex wrench.
    9. Ensure that driver is aligned within nose assembly

    Nail driving pin broke and ruined the piston cylinder

    1. Removed the four bolts holding on the rear cap.
    2. Removed internals.
    3. Installed new internals with a light coating of oil.
    4. Reinstalled rear cap with new gasket.

    Nailer wouldn't shoot nails

    2. Followed directions to replace all o-rings in gun
    3. Removed pins holding trigger valve in place
    4. Installed new trigger valve
    5. Reassembled and tested

    1. Removed the head of the nailer (4 hex screws).
    2. Removed the bent piston driver.
    3. Installed the new o-ring and the seal onto the new driver.
    4. Reassembled the tool.

    After taking nailer apart I figured to replace seal would be smart to do. I used the nail setter to remove pins to replace trigger valve assembly. After removing the worn trigger valve assembly it was easy to install new trigger valve assembly. Hooked to air hose and it worked like new...
