Rubber tire on drive wheel was wrapped behind wheel
Removed bolt holding wheel assembly to axle.
Removed 3 bolts holding chain gear to wheel.
Head of bolt on axle housing side was stripped. used a hammer and chisel to turn it out.
Removed axle and wheel assembly. Pressed axle out of wheel.
Removed tangled tire.
Cleaned chain and parts.
Installed rubber tire on wheel.
Assembled chain gear to wheel.
Positioned chain on drive sprocket and wheel assembly without axle in place.
Pressed axle through assembly into housing.
Replacement bolt is designated as same size on both ends but my saw damaged was longer and the replacement was short but works.
Tightened fasteners and tested
