1. Remove old blade rotor. Make sure you remove the metal spacer tubes in the center of the blade.
2. Good time to replace the scraper with blade rotor removed.
3. Move spacer tubes to new blade rotor and install on machine.
4. Rubber rotor is reinforced with 2 nylon layers that are not symmetric. Looking at new snow blowers the face that contacts the snow should be the side with thicker rubber.

2. Removed and replaced Drive belt.
3. Removed Scraper Blade bracket
4. Removed old Scraper Blade
5. Straightened bottom panel on which scraper blade mounts (badly bent)
6. Installed new Scraper Blade
7. Removed and replaced Rubber Impeller Blades (This is the worst part. There is no access to side nuts without removing the impeller shaft, drive pulley, bearings,belt, etc. Use small needle-nose vise-grips to hold the nuts in place, AND hold the rubber blade to the impeller shaft frame while driving the Torx bolts with a power nut driver, and a Flex-extension on the driver).
8. Replaced Side panel.
