Hello, I would just like to confirm that this seal will work on my machine. The serial number on my seal is 1002424234800. I was not able to find this number anywhere so I could not be sure if this seal is the same. However, my machine is also quite old so perhaps the number has changed. Also, just to confirm, is the rotary seal also called the crankshaft seal? Thank you for your time and assistance.

1. Watched your video on removing and replacing the pump.
2. Removed pump and found I had no way to press the old bearing and seal out.
3. Ordered new pump housing, bearing, and oil seal. Much less expensive than a new pump.
4. Pressed new seal and bearing in place using a socket and a small hammer.
5. Added oil and reassembled as in the video.

Screwdriver, Pliers, Wrench Set, Allen wrench-starsocket-spacers to collapse spring with bolt
Drain oil Removed pump and pump head, separated the two, removed old seals and grooved washers from pump and pump head-installed new ones,careful to not force anything, select proper sized socket use to seat seals and washers, use bolts and spacers to collapse pumd springs, install short star screws,work pump shafts into pressure head seals and reassemble. Add oil /finish.
