Loosened the nut with the ratchet while holding the other side of the bolt with wrench.
Replaced the roller on the bolt.
Reinstalled .

pulley bolt. Than I took a 9/16 socket with and extension to take the nut off. Once I did that,
I was able to get the old pulley out and install the new one. It was hard to do because you have
a small space to get the 5/8 wrench in. If I have to replace the other pulley, I am going to remove
the deck from under the mower. I think that would be much easier and will allow the 5/8 wrench
to be used from under the mower frame.
10 gauge deck, heavy, would not lift all the way up.
