The part that I ordered arrived in excellent condition over reaching my expectations by arriving in such a quick fashion of time. The process of ordering and acquiring the needed item was almost second to none but the part I receive was not totally correct. The roller I received would not fit the shaft to my elliptical because the specs were not correct. I provided the correct model number but received an item I could not use because it did not fit. When I went to return it I was told I would have to pay extra return shipping cost even though I provided accurate information and the problem and confusion lay within the factory and the original manufacturer of the equipment. I was penalized for a mistake that was not made by me but by the vendor I was purchasing my part from. This ruin the experience as it was completely awful customer service. I could understand if it was my mistake but it was the mistake of eReplacement Parts who should legally bare the burden of their and take accountability of their actions. Service of this nature would drive customers away because of a lack of integrity and ethics. If they would offer to compensate for their mistake I would be willingly to accept the mistake and continue shopping with them. Now I am skeptical about other business transactions that I could potentially use them for.

Roller wheel fell apart due to age and needed replacement

There was no specific guidance from the Nordictrack book, so I started on one side. Removed the vertical and horizontal arm. Next, remove the plastic cover pieces (one at the head of the slider and the others above the wheel) above the wheel travel assembly exposing the wheel from the top. Rotate the arm up and back to get access to the wheel. There's a small pin on the back of the wheel that needs to be removed. Once the pin is removed, the wheel can be slid off and the new wheel replaced. Reverse the process to install the wheel. Repeat for the other side. Once both wheels are installed, replace the plastic covers. As the arms are reattached, grease any moving parts while you're there.

Removed the arm from the track (had to remove two screws on a lower piece that holds them in), removed the old roller with a Philips screwdriver and put in the placed and then put it back together. Simple and easy. I had no idea I could even find another roller, but e-replacement has everything you could ever need.
