I can always find the right parts with e replacement parts but what has always impressed me most about them is their costumer service on the phone, person to person going through a vast amount of archived diagrams making sure it’s the part I need. I have fixed what many would call unfixable with the help of e replacement parts.

I needed to replace a roller on an aging Nordic Trak elliptical machine. With the model number of the machine, ereplacementparts made it easy to identify and order. Machine works good as new.

These original parts are perfect and easily installed at home :)

Right part, works well, and got here fast. It was expensive, but hopefully it will last.

Needed this roller for my Nordictrack 990 AudioStrider. Took 1 Phillips screw driver and 5 minutes to replace this. Now I'm back at my AM workouts!

My NordicTrack ASR1000 is back up and running. The wheel is not a perfect visual match to the original (who cares), but works just the same and was significantly cheaper than buying a new unit. I also replaced the outer washer and the locking clip but may have been able to reuse the originals.

The part that I ordered arrived in excellent condition over reaching my expectations by arriving in such a quick fashion of time. The process of ordering and acquiring the needed item was almost second to none but the part I receive was not totally correct. The roller I received would not fit the shaft to my elliptical because the specs were not correct. I provided the correct model number but received an item I could not use because it did not fit. When I went to return it I was told I would have to pay extra return shipping cost even though I provided accurate information and the problem and confusion lay within the factory and the original manufacturer of the equipment. I was penalized for a mistake that was not made by me but by the vendor I was purchasing my part from. This ruin the experience as it was completely awful customer service. I could understand if it was my mistake but it was the mistake of eReplacement Parts who should legally bare the burden of their and take accountability of their actions. Service of this nature would drive customers away because of a lack of integrity and ethics. If they would offer to compensate for their mistake I would be willingly to accept the mistake and continue shopping with them. Now I am skeptical about other business transactions that I could potentially use them for.
