Pin holding adjustment wheel fell out and was lost.

1. Oiled the blade housing for ease of adjustment.
2. Aligned blade housing.
3. Adjusted blade housing axle to correct depth.
4. Aligned wheel and hole in axle.
5. Inserted pin with hammer.
