This manufacturer approved replacement part is designed for snow blowers/throwers. Skid shoe/plate allows you to avoid damage and keep smooth control over cracks, gravel, and other uneven surfaces. It is made out of metal and it is sold individually. Please note the left skid plate is sold separately.
It is advised to replace both skid plates at the same time.
To complete this repair you will need a wrench.
• First remove bolts holding old skid plate
• Remove old plate and insert new skid plate
• Level snow blower and adjust skid plates to desired height
• Tighten skid plate bolts

Separated the auger assembly from the power head, 2 bolts and one belt.
Removed the auger drive wheel
Removed the bearing using a puller, made the bearing slide off the impeller shaft

Cleaned bearing and impeller shaft for easier re-assembly
Replaced impeller drive wheel
Connected auger assembly to power head, put belt on
Reconnected auger
