2. Remove pressure regulator from the assembly.
3. Install new pressure regulator.
4. Reinstall regulator/gauge assembly and re-attach tubing.
Air pressure would deplete quickly when discharged and not build back up for some time

2) Remove - unscrew 2 feed air lines from manifold. ( mark air flow direction with marker)
3) Unscrew manifolds from old Regulator. ( take note of air flow direction of regulator)
Note: may help to gently hold regulator in vise to provide support. You can see inside regulator to help determine air direction. Mark it.
4) New Regulator ( Check that plastic base is snug on new regulator or it will leak).
5) Screw in both manifolds to new regulator. ( Little gasket seal helps.) Make sure outlet holes are aligned as before.
6) Reattach Inlet and outlet hoses to manifolds. Make sure you do not reverse sides.
7) Reattach manifold/regulator assembly to mounting plate. ( 2 small hex bolts)
8) Reattach mounting plate to frame. ( 4 hex bolts)

2- Disconnect inlet and outlet hose to regulator
3- Replace regulator ...pay attention to inlet and outlet hoses locations.
4- Apply sealant to threads reconnect do not over tighten
5- Check for any leaks before replacing cover...
7- Replace metal cover.
8- Install new knob on regulator ...done !
***Do not use Teflon tape on ends ....as some strands may end up inside of regulator !
