Drop-in replacement, except...
The original pump motor shaft had corroded in-half (separated) at the pump seal.
Received the motor/pump assembly quickly and in good condition. I had to replace the tie-wraps that hold the vinyl tubing to the pump input and output barbed fittings. The assembly was a drop-in replacement except that the motor housing ground tab was twice as wide as the original. I split the tab in half with diagonal cutters and could then slide the grounding terminal on. The shampooer now works perfectly.

Fitment was good. The only issue I had was the ground male terminal on the pump is 1/4 inch and the wire connection from the machine is 1/8 inch.
