2.) Unbolted engine-recoil housing from engine.
3.) Removed starter rope from pull handle.
4.) Unscrewed pawl friction cover.
5.) Removed pulley ring assembly and pawls.
6.) Inserted and coiled new rope on pulley.
7.) Assembled and completed steps in reverse order starting with step 5.
