Hello, I wasn't quite sure what was not working on my grill. So, after numerous discussion with your Team we decided, instead of purchasing a new grill, which I did not want to do, I purchased replacement part. If that did not work, I was determined to buy another Brand. I did enjoy my grill the previous , 2x I used it. So, when it stop working, I was very skeptical about purchasing a new one, since the warranty had expired. After all that, my replacement part was the issue. So far my grill, is working great. Keeping my figure cross.
