Screwdriver, Wrench Set, wire cutter to cut wire ties.
Had power, but no resistance.
After removing the right side of the outer shield...
First replaced the resistance motor, but no change. Then I replaced the power receptacle wire and nothing. Finally I replaced the power cord, even though the bike had power...then I had resistance.
