long wires great quality gives new life to an old saw.
I bought this replacement cord for an old Milwaukee circular saw I got at a tag sale for $20. The saw was in great condition but the cord was all taped up and has seen it's day. I found this company online and found the cord I needed. The outer protective is well made and the inner wires on the end were extra long. This was great. I was able to cut them to length to accommodate the installation. I also ordered the heavy duty cord protector that helps keep the cord from fraying where it goes into the saw. It is a little better than the OEM part but still fit like a glove. If you can get around the shipping and handling charge, it is well worth it.

Take handle cover off and remove damaged cord by cutting leaving enough to splice replacement cord. Ground wire can be removed completely by unscrewing the screw. Use existing strain relief and insert replacement cord. Cut to desired length allowing for placement of new connectors. Repair requires two closed end connectors and a wire ring crimp terminal (for ground post). Closed end connectors will fit under ground post if you double back the power wires. Use raceways to keep wires in place. Replace handle cover.

I purchased a Milwaukee 7" Heavy Duty Polisher, Model #5455 on an estate sale on-line. The body of the polisher was in pretty good shape, but the cord was wrapped up in the pictures. I did not get to put my hands on it till after I won the bid. The outer casing of the cord was all chewed up and someone pulled the grounding pin out of the plug. Long story short it was an easy fix just took my time. I now have a professional polisher for multiple task that I have waiting to do now in my spare time.
I have some other 4" grinders bought on-line that need new cords and I will buy them right here!!!
