This is a genuine Mr. Coffee replacement part used with the Steam Espresso & Cappuccino Maker. This part holds the metal filter which holds the packed espresso grounds in order to brew shots of espresso. This is a metal head with a plastic handle. It comes ready to use after a hand washing with dish soap and warm water. Note that the metal filter that is used with this portafilter is not included but is available separately as part # 139025-000-000.
