This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement flavorizer bar set designed for Weber grills. The purpose of these bars is to direct grease and drippings from the food away from the burner tubes to prevent flare ups. These bars are easy to remove for cleaning. An extra benefit of flavorizer bars is that they help add that smokey flavor to your food. Please note, this set includes (5) metal porcelain enamel covered bars. No tools needed to replace these items.

    Thermometer stopped working, burner tubes and flavorizer bars rusted out

    Burner tubes corroded

    Followed provided instructions. Problem area was removing igniter clips from the old burner tubes. Instructions were not clear on method to use, simply said remove. One clip was bent in the removal and I spent 1 1/2 hours repairing it so it could be reinstalled.

    1. Removed grill set.
    2. Lifted out old flavorizers.
    3. Brushed up debris from old flavorizers.
    4. Set new flavorizers in place.
    5. Replaced old grill set.

    Removed grill grates
    Removed old flavor bars.
    Perfect time to clean the grill out.
    Put new flavor bars in, put grates back and fired up the grill.
    Cooked much better after replacing the bars. Weber are great

    Ignition module failed, and flavorizer bars were corroded

    Removed the front of the ignition module
    Removed the nut holding the ignition by hand
    Exchanged the wires from the old ignition to the new one
    Place the end of the ignition through the housing
    Installed the hardware pack
    Tightened the nut on the back of the ignition by hand
