Fits well. Great interactive site and easy to find parts. 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems all o-ings are priced at $2.99 no matter what size or function. I say this because O-Rings in a hardware store run around 89 cents. Yes i know size, performance and convenience matter not all orings are the same. How special can these O-rings be. You asked.

framing nailer was leaking air when connected to air hose

    Roger - December 28, 2021
Dismantled entire gun piston bumper was breaking into small pieces causing air leak. I use my nail guns daily therefore when something like this happens I always do a complete rebuild, in this case the front bumper was also bad. I always allow a few hours thoroughly clean, inspect and rebuild everything properly to extend the time between rebuilds. recommendations: Take your time be patient, drink a beer if necessary and make it like brand new.
P.S. DO NOT REUSE OLD PARTS SUCH AS GASKETS, ROLLED PINS, ETC. CHEERS AND HAVE FUN!

The trigger would no longer worked

    Joseph - December 25, 2016
    Tool Type

    Nailer

    Difficulty

    Easy

    Time

    Less than 15 minutes

    Tools Used

Pliers, Roll pin punch & brass hammer

I punched out the trigger roll pin with a roll pin punch of the correct diameter
Removed the trigger and plunger assembly after loosening the trigger valve nut with adjustable pliers gripping the outside of the nut since I didn't have a spanner type tool that would fit the slot in the top of the nut
Replaced the urethane ball, trigger plunger and installed the new O-rings and valve packing
Re-installed the plunger assembly and trigger and tapped the roll pin back in place
Put the air hose on the tool and successfully fired about 7 16d nails into a piece of wood
    Works like new again
