My order eventually received on 11/26.
Pls note that my specific Ship To instructions were NOT followed when it came to your shipping dept completing the actual shipping label. (It was missing the identifier code KESS 4514. I live overseas and my order was routed over a transit terminal in MIA. Because of your add. label omission my order was delayed in MIA which required an inconvenience to me while my order had to be traced.
