The chain came off and ripped the plate bar. Replacing it was very easy.
1. Removed chain and bar
2. Removed broken plate and replaced it with new one
3. Reassembled everything

Worn components.
1. Removed the cover plate.
2. Pulled the spark plug out.
3. Put the rope in the cylinder so I could remove the clutch.
4. Replaced the clutch.
5. Tightened it.
6. Installed the plate.
7. Reassembled the saw and started cutting.

Resolve my problem perfectly
