This is an genuine NordicTrack replacement part. Part is sold individually. The pedal arm sleeve slides over the crank arm, allowing the pedal arm to attach to it, which provides movement. The pedal arm sleeve can be removed by unlatching the pedal arm, then removing the patch screw that holds it in place. An Allen wrench is needed for installation.

Edge of the pedal arm sleeve was cracked and needed to replace

2. Pull cracked sleeve off of rotor.
3. Carefully push the internal sealed bearing out of old sleeve with a large flat head screwdriver.
4. Install bearing in new sleeve manually with care to slide it in straight so that it didn't bind.
5. Push new sleeve and bearing back on rotor.
6. Replace end cap and allen bolt.
7. All done.

2. Slide bushing and sleeve off shaft.
3. Install bushing and then sleeve.
4. Reattach cap and Allen screw.
Pedal arm sleeve rim fractured, broke away, and allowed the arm to wear into the cap.
