This replacement throttle cable is a genuine OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket substitution. It is commonly used on handheld string trimmers. This cable is connected to the carburetor and it stops the engine when you set the unit to the full choke. Please note the housing, trigger and screws are sold separately.

Remove the four screws that hold the rear plastic assembly on. Remove the four screws holding the throttle trigger assembly, leaving the screw in the middle those you removed in place. Remove and replace te throttle cable and reassemble.
