Tension Spring on Idler Pulley (Drive Pulley) broke.

The repair required an 11\" 45 degree Needle Nose Pliers. Remove the Belt Cover. Remove the Idler Pulley. Remove the damaged Spring. Attach the short end of the Tension Spring using the Needle Nose Pliers, to the Idler Arm first, then with the Needle Nose Pliers, attach the long end of the Tension Spring through the semi circle hole (loca ted just above the Axle of the Case), to the Case. From the top, pull back the Idler Arm past the belt. Reinstall the Idler Pulley and Belt Cover.
