Wrong part
I ordered a new platen for my black & decker sander. What I got was a platen for a Dewalt sander. THESE ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. THE SCREWS ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME. Look at the on line drawing & then pull the part & see the difference. You might could get it on the sander with the original screws but the tensioner bars would never hold. I will have to return these. Always in the past this has been a great place for parts & I will order again if this return is settled satisfactorily.

Removed the screws holding the old platen. Installed the new platen with the screws. Peeled back the paper on the new pad and placed it on the platen. Placed the dust bag on securing it with the hog ring.
