This is a genuine Milwaukee replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with grinders. The armature is a major component of the motor that turns electricity into kinetic energy. If the motor gets overloaded it can cause smoke or sparks requiring the armature to be replaced. This item includes the cooling fan and is sold as an individual replacement part, please note the bearings are available separately.
