The Dremel would not start. After watching a YouTube video which explained the guide lever wasn\'t pressing the power in, I checked, and it was bent, so replacing it fixed it.
I took off the Dremel outer cover. You remove the brushes, and the hanger wire, remove the screws and carefully split the Dremel in half at the division line. The blue guide lever power on off can be pulled out of where it firmly sits. You can see prior to taking it out if it rubs/ pushes the power button and listen for the click which is

You pull out the guide lever and slide the new one in place exactly as before, and put it back together. One of the brushes was chipped on the corner, so I replaced them to be sure that wouldn\'t be a secondary cause..
