motor runs, but has no load. water comes from wand, but no pressure. got it from a friend who was scrapping it, so i have no history on it. i have not torn into it, but i'm thinking the key is broken, or the unloader is stuck, or the thermal valve is gone.thanks
Robert For model number 020337 rev 02 - August 31, 2022

Hello Robert, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number you have provided, the thermal relief valve is the most common cause of this issue. We also would recommend checking the check valves, the water outlet, and the o-rings. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order for a part, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Very simple repair. My husband had already removed the cracked part, so, he just had to replace it with the new one. It fit right in place. Tested it, no leaks. But, cold weather here now, so it will be next spring or summer before I get to use it!
