Removed casing, unplugged two power wires to motor and removed motor with impeller attached. Used pliers to hold motor from turning and unscrewed impeller by hand. Screwed new impeller on by hand and replaced back in casing.
Very easy replacement.

my impeller was damaged when it sucked up a mulberry seed and broke 1 of the fins this caused the blower vac. to vibrate and made a loud noise due to being out of balance
took apart housing and unscrewed impeller repair with new machine works just fine now no more vibration! Note you will have to restrain the motor shaft to undue the impeller plyers / vise grips

Impeller fin broken, causing imbalance and intolerable vibration.
1. On the vacuum blower, located and removed screws that keeps the body together.
2. To remove the impeller, with pliers such as vise grips, grip the end of the shaft to hold it, and remove the impeller by rotating it in a counter clockwise direction, mine came off easily.
3. To replace. (The new impeller did not have threads
... Read more) so the motor shaft was self tapping, so hold the end shaft with the vise grip while with some force rotate the impeller clockwise and rotate the impeller until itGÇÖs installed.
4. Reinstall the body and secure the screws.
5, test and it works as good as new.
