Replaced deck and spindles. Removed the deck and replaced with a new deck. Assembled new deck with new spindles and wheels.

Grinding noise, and deck vibration

Raised mower with hoist, loosened deck belt, removed blade, removed mounting bolts for spindle, mounted new spindle, adjust belt and deck level. Job done in twenty minutes. New spindle eliminated noisey bearings, and leveling deck eliminated deck vibration. Note: Before installing new spindle, mounting holes were \"started\" by using a 5/ 16 18tpi tap. Just enough to start the new mounting bolts. Quick, easy job, if you have, and use, the right tools.
