Snap the retaining clips off the frame and remove old bag. Slide new bag on the frame oriented the same way the old one was. Press retaining clips onto frame. Done.
Removed the frame from the old bag--the plastic lips of the bag just roll over the frame so started unrolling them at top and they just peeled away
Insert frame into new bag and re-install the plastic lips over the frame rails.
Insert bag into mower and off we go for another few years! Thanks for the new part!
