I experienced horrible service by UPS Shipping, who returned my 3 screws to the USA from Sao Paulo, Brazil, for no reason that can be explained except to keep my money. The staff at eReplacementParts were most sympathetic and fantastic. They refunded the cost of my small purchase and 50% of the shipping which was several times more than the cost of the items. I reordered the screws and had them transhiped using the USPS. Hopefully in a few days I will be able to use my DeWalt XRP cordless that I am especially fond of and that have travelled with me all over the world during my working career.
