Remove screws from handle. Separate handle. Pay attention to where wires are laying so they don\'t get pinched when going back together. Remove screws from cord anchor point. Remove cord from switch. Pay attention to where white and black wire goes. Now do everything in reverse.
Remove the screws from the old handle
Remove the cord clamp
Put one half of the handle on the grinder
Install the switch and cord clamp
Screw the other handle half on the grinder
I removed the screws from the handle and separated them. I removed the cord clamp. Then I placed the cord and switch in one new handle half and screwed the cord clamp back on. I then made sure no wires were going to be pinched when I put the handle together. Then put the new handle on the grinder.
Took the screws out of handle assembly, remove cord clamp. Then switch and cord. Install cord clamp in new handle half. Then reassemble in reverse order.
