Original valve broke off

Either remove the fuel from the tank or clamp the fuel line so the fuel will not flow out. Then remove the hose clamp from the tank valve and then the hose. Remove the broken valve from the tank and install the new one. Press the fuel line onto the new valve and attach hose clamp onto the hose near the valve.
