This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced part which is specially designed for use with Fiesta grills. Sold individually this is a direct replacement part for the original heat plate that came new with your grill. The metal heat plate helps distribute heat from the burners for even cooking of meats and other foods. The heat plate also protects the burners from meat drippings and other corrosive greases.
