Carburetor Assembly - Be85j A/ 16100-ZF6-V51

On Tuesday I found out hurricane Irma was moving further west then was predicted, Sunday landfall. Time to pull out the generator and check it out. First thing I did was to pull the carburator float bowl to make sure it was clean, it was rusted, the jet was corroded in place, I could not get them apart. Parts on the Honda website only goe ... Read more s back to 2004, apparently this was a 2003 motor with only 9 hours on it. I talked to Honda to get the correct carb number, they recommended a dealer in Orlando who should have the parts.On Wednesday when I spoke with him, he said good luck finding the part because of Harvey in Texas. I told him I knew where there were three carburators , E-replacement parts. I called directly and paid for next day delivery. The carburator arrived as scheduled, it was exactly what was needed. Once installed it took two pulls to start the generator. That generator ran four straight days when power was lost. THANK YOU.
