The battery holder attaches to the main frame. This part is made of metal and plastic and is available individually. It is a genuine replacement part sourced from the original manufacturer for use with blowers, saws, drills, trimmers, planers, sanders, shears, staplers, and vacuums made by Makita and DeWALT. When replacing this item a set of pliers might be required during the installation process. It will require replacing if it becomes broken.
