Good Source for Parts
It was the correct part and arrived quickly. Only problem was one of the mounting holes had not been threaded. This was a manufacturer quality control issue and not the fault of e replacement parts. I just threaded the hole myself rather than returning the part.

I saw that one of the guides was worn. So I ordered the front and rear guide kits and new tires.
To replace the guide kits it just a matter of removing the screws holding the old ones on, then screwing the new ones on. Then just pull off the old tires and stretch the new tires on.
1- Gathered tools, loctite and table to work on.
2- Remove 2 torx head screws on each guide.
3- Dabbed some medium strength loctite on each screw prior to install
4- Installed guide and screwed in screws.
5- Tested tool and cleaned up work area.
