    Couldn't have asked for better
The person who helped me with my order was knowledgeable, helpful and knew the product. The parts arrived when promised. Repairing the tool (a finish nailer) was pretty simple and when done, the tool worked like new. From beginning to end I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
