Parts Used
Drill 2 small holes in seal and install self tapping screws.
Pull seal out by pulling up the screws.
Carefully clean the engine and parts, dry.
Use seal installer or large socket to press in new seal.
Reinstall flywheel and torque.
Reinstall remaining parts.
Drain oil and fill with new, clean oil.
Check manufacturer literature on where oil level should be.
DO NOT OVERFILL OIL!!

Socket set, slide hammer or three jawed puller and torque wrench for top
Parts Used
I then used a slide hammer to pull the fly wheel off the shaft.
Tie the brake handle on the handle down to release the brake from the fly wheel before you pull the fly wheel.
I used a sharp pick to pull the old seal out.
I then put the new oil seal on the shaft and tapped it in.
Put every thing back in reverse order.
I had two people tell me to torque the fly wheel nut to 30 to 38 foot pounds.
I think that will keep you in range.
