Install the new adjustment rod through the adjustment bracket

Square nut was jammed onto tension adjustment rod
1. Disassembled top pulley housing unit.
2. Removed tension rod assembly and had to hacksaw the rod.
3. Installed new rod and nut.
4. Reassembled top pulley housing and installed new blade.
