Missing Handle to Lock Rip Fence in Place
The rip fence handle had been missing for some time. I had been using a screwdriver to lock it in place for more than a couple of years and felt it time to fix it correctly. When trying to make this simple replacement I realized that all the years of using a screwdriver had damaged the threads in the locking cam. I had to re tap...(chase the threads) in the cam. After that the part was easily threaded into the cam and the locking mechanism now works as it should.

Height Adjustment Screw was worn out
Removed the height adjustment rotating handle and the locking mechanism to allow for removal of the front face plate. With the use of two locking pliers I forced the Follower Nut off the badly cross threaded Height Adjustment Screw and was able to remove both. Simply reversed the procedure and replaced damaged parts with new. Tested the new adjustment screw and then put everything back together.
The two screws holding the locking lever for the table saw fence are also used to hold the front face plate and they are a real challenge to get started. I used a very small screw driver to line up the holes and was only then able to get them started without cross threading them.

Dried out bearing, causing noise and eventually blade wobble and missing nut on blade adjustment wheel
I took off the lower blade housing, blade, spacer. Clean dust from motor.
I took out the 5 torx screws behind the blade which has the slide plate sandwiched in it, this splits and loosens the motor.
My bad bearing was pressed into the gear case cover, and was in pieces. I had to replace the whole gear case cover to get the new bearing which included the second bearing that was pressed on the shaft. I did reuse the rubber o ring which could be replaced.
I cleaned out and replaced grease.
Reinstalled motor making sure 4 glide pads are in place.
New nut on blade adjustment wheel may need loctite.

Replaced the power switch that had gone bad and the handle for the fence
Three screws and I popped in the new switch, put my new handle on the fence and I had a brand new saw again. I couldn't have asked for an easier time finding and receiving my parts, the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and helped me find the right part number for my repair. Delivery was only a few days and after 15 minutes the saw was back up and running. My 10 year old table saw has new life and I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much.
