    1. Unscrewed the end cap & removed.
    2. Unscrewed the 2 wire terminals & removed the switch.
    3. Placed the new switch inside and screwed the 2 wires in place.
    4. Placed the end cap back on with the toggle switch in.
    5. Placed on the new nut.
    6. Plugged in the power cord & powered it up. My clippers now operate as good as new!

    Switch was defective. replaced switch and used new nut.

    Removed base assembly by removing the two long phillips screws
    Removed wires from switch
    Removed broken switch
    Installed new switch and secured with nut
    Installed power cord to proper terminals on switch
    Installed base back onto unit with the two long screws
    Verified operation of clipper

    The switch had broken off at the stem. The cord was also showing signs of fraying.

    Unscrewed the bottom of the clippers,removed the power cord and unscrewed what was left of the original switch. I then reassembled the parts according to the photo I had taken before I started. The most difficult part was removing the the rubber stopper that held the power cord in place. Other than that it was an easy repair. My clippers are like new again.

    Removed end of clippers with phillips head screwdriver. Removed switch, installed new switch. Installed switch nut on the outer side. Reassembled, tested on.

    Cord replacement needed. Clippers were missing the nut to the toggle switch.

    Unscrew from the base and replace the electrical cord. Add the nut to the toggle switch at the base.

    Motor running intermittently

    Mark Orientation of end cap to body of clippers. I used a meter to determine I was not getting any power through the switch. Upon removing the switch found one of the leads broken off.
