Took the old one off, put the new one on, and readjusted saw. It works great! Do not over adjust the tilt angle, because this part is made of plastic.

Repair Difficulty:

Motor burnt out
Remove electrical from on/off switch
Removed old motor from bracket. (a metric open end wrench works good here)
Install new motor
Re-attach electrical cord to on/off switch
The new motor needed a little shimming in the mounting bracket to get it to be parallel with the rest of the saw. Didn't notice that until I installed a blade and the table insert. Then it was quite clear that the blade was not parallel with the opening in the plate. After shimming the motor, checking the three mounting bolts for tightness and squaring up the fence to the blade all was good.

    Easy Repair
The nut to my old delta contractor table saw controlling the blade angle broke. It was stuck at around 3 degrees, essentially rendering the saw useless. This part fit perfectly, and worked just as expected.
