Nozzle lock screw threads stripped.
The threads on the screw as well as the plate that it inserts into were stripped. As such I had to find a nut that fit the nozzle lock screw. Then drill out the backside of the plate. Kind of like drilling a counter sink hole. Drilled a 3/8” hole about 1/8” deep. Placed the nut into the countersink hole and KB welded it into place. 24 hrs later screwed the nozzle lock screw into the new threaded/replacement nut hole. Worked like a champ and saved about $60. That was the price to replace that threaded cover plate that was stripped.
