Pin fell out and trigger fell off during operation. Urethane retainer on pin came off and was lost.
Lined up trigger with pin hole and inserted pin and retainer. eReplacementparts phone operator identified the urethane retainer on list, but it was not shown on the manufacturers schematic nor on my list that came with the tool. Good job by eReplacementparts. Nose cushion wore out and was easy to replace.

Nose Cushion was hard as a rock due to age.
1. Removed old nose piece, a good bump and it broke like glass.
2. Installed new nose piece, making sure to align the notches.
3. I was surprised to find a new metal retainer ring was included with the new nose pieces.
4. Snapped on the New retainer ring and the nail gun was like new, after a good cleaning.
5. AAA+++

The nose cushion on the nailer fell apart due to age
After making sure that any bits of the old cushion remaining are removed, you simply flex the nose cushion to slip in into place, matching the pattern of the pad to the nose piece of the nailer. The nose pad was a bit cold when I first tried to flex it to put it in place, so put in under warm running water for a couple of minutes, then quickly dried it with a cloth and compressed air. It was easier to flex then, and slipped right into place. It is a no-brainer process.
