Excessive yellow frame, lots of black fumes on my pots. I have followed your instructions, I have disconnected the regulator, waited 60 seconds, reconnected the regulator. No improvement, the same high yellow flame. Unit in warranty. How can I replace the REGULATOR?. Which is you Regulator part number?. Your timely reply is highly expected and appreciated.

Thank you for your question. The part number listed under your model number for the hose valve regulator is G652-0700-W1A. If your grill is still under warranty, you will need to contact Char-Broil for a replacement. If they are not able to assist you, we would be happy to help you.
